It's been a good minute since I've hit the blog action. I've been laying low as I get other work done, attend to a lot of other matters, and deal with a lot of personal trials and hardships. Yet and still... here I am.

Me and my Bruddah Eric "Steel Dreams" Black stopped in on my Bruddah L/I.F.E Long at Camaradas in Upper Manhattan for his showcase The Art Of Lyrics. I haven't seen Liggy in a very long time, and he considers me his early rap mentor, of which I'm always humbled, he's come so far over the years. 

Surprise visit accomplished, and I let L.I.F.E and Dreams convince me to get on the open mic impromptu for the first time since my days on Makin' Records. I gave the folks a preview of "ManLISSEN", and it seemed to go over pretty well... I might even have the video of it up here soon enough, haha... All that said, I'm always my own worse critic, so I see where my flaws are, and I know how to fix them, so the next time I show my face on that Camaradas stage, you can bet I'm gonna be sharp as ever.
